Who We Are |
Micah is an exercise physiologist with over 15 years of experience in the wellness and fitness industry. He has worked in a variety of settings to help people reach their goals. Along with working with individuals and small groups, Micah tries to also contribute to the community by providing informational workshops on health and fitness topics. Most recently, he's given talks to the different Parkinson's disease support groups to encourage and guide their exercise habits.
